Certified Translation by Province
A2Z Language Hub provides IRCC-accepted certified translation services in 90+ languages, starting at $55 CAD per page. Service is fully online — send documents by email or upload from anywhere in Canada. Choose a province below; each province page lists the cities we serve.
Certified translation in Canada is defined by who accepts it, not by where it is done. IRCC, provincial courts, universities, licensing bodies and credential evaluators such as WES and IQAS all accept a translation that comes with a signed certificate of accuracy from a qualified translator, and none of them require you to visit an office. That is why we serve every province and territory through one online process: upload the document, receive a quote, and get the certified translation by email, with a courier hard copy when a court or registry insists on paper.
The province pages below exist because requirements and document types differ by region. Quebec and New Brunswick clients often need French-to-English or English-to-French work for provincial bodies; Ontario and British Columbia see the highest volume of IRCC and study-permit files; the Prairies and Atlantic Canada draw newcomers through provincial nominee programs with their own document lists; and the territories have official-language rules of their own, including Inuktitut in Nunavut. Each city page names the local institutions that ask for certified translations and the languages most often requested there.
