How do you charge - per audio minute or file size?
Per audio minute. A 60-minute recording costs based on 60 minutes, regardless of file size.
Can you transcribe poor quality audio?
We can try, but very poor audio may have sections marked "[inaudible]". We'll review and advise.
Do you use AI or human transcribers?
Human transcribers for accuracy, especially for legal and specialized content.
Can you transcribe Zoom/Teams recordings?
Yes. Send us the video file and we'll transcribe all speakers.
What if I need corrections?
Unlimited revisions included within reason.
How long does transcription take?
Generally 4-5 hours of work per 1 hour of clear audio. Standard turnaround: 5-7 business days.
